  • Hi, I’m Molly, and I believe that therapy is a powerful space for transformation and self-discovery. My mission is to help you access the parts of yourself that seek clarity, healing, and growth. I understand how overwhelming life can be, especially when emotional patterns weigh you down or when you feel uncertain about the next steps. Together, we’ll explore the beliefs and stories that shape your experience, helping you create new narratives that support the life you envision.

I see therapy as a collaborative journey that honors your potential and welcomes every part of you. I specialize in helping individuals and couples build emotional resilience, improve relationships, and embrace personal growth. My holistic, compassionate approach blends mind-body awareness with practical strategies, fostering a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered.

  • In our work together, you can expect a deeply compassionate, reflective, and tailored therapy experience. I understand that healing is not linear, and I will meet you where you are with empathy, curiosity, and patience. Our work will be collaborative—we’ll define your goals together and create a personalized roadmap for transformation.

I blend somatic (body-based) practices with traditional talk therapy, recognizing the profound connection between mind and body. Our bodies store trauma and emotions, and by integrating body-based techniques, we can move beyond intellectualizing challenges and tap into deeper healing. I also encourage self-compassion and self-awareness as foundational tools for lasting change. Together, we will create a safe space for you to explore, confront, and release what no longer serves you, making room for growth and insight.

  • Navigating the complexities of a relationship can feel overwhelming, especially when faced with challenges like communication breakdowns, trust issues, or major life transitions. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where couples can work through these challenges and rediscover their connection. My approach to couples therapy emphasizes open communication, emotional understanding, and the rebuilding of trust. Together, we’ll identify unspoken patterns, address underlying issues, and develop healthier ways to relate to one another.

Whether you’re struggling with communication, trust, or emotional distance, I’m here to guide you both toward greater understanding and connection. I specialize in helping couples address codependency, relational dynamics, and the impact of past experiences on the present. My goal is to help you foster a deeper sense of intimacy, rebuild trust, and cultivate a relationship that thrives on mutual respect and understanding.

No matter where you are in your journey together, couples therapy offers an opportunity for growth and transformation. I am honored to support you as you take steps to heal and strengthen your relationship.

    • Emotional Resilience and Self-Compassion
Life’s challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I specialize in helping individuals build emotional resilience and practice self-compassion. Together, we’ll explore the beliefs shaping your experience and develop ways to nurture and support yourself through life’s ups and downs.

      Healthy Boundaries and Relational Dynamics
Relationships are often where our deepest emotional work takes place. Whether you’re struggling with communication, trust, or boundary-setting, I help individuals and couples uncover the roots of relational challenges. Together, we’ll create strategies for better connection and healthier dynamics.

    • Creative Support and Personal Growth
For creatives and those seeking personal growth, I provide a supportive space to explore your passions and work through any blocks that might be holding you back. Whether it’s navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship or embracing your creative identity, I am here to help you align with your true self and pursue your aspirations with confidence.

    • Couples Counseling
I’m passionate about helping couples navigate the complexities of their relationships. From addressing trauma and infidelity to improving communication and intimacy, I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where partners can reconnect and rebuild trust. I specialize in working with couples facing sexual issues, codependency, and major life transitions.

  • Before entering the world of therapy, I spent years building a career in engineering and entrepreneurship. I pursued external validation, working with startups and earning a Master’s in Business at a young age. Yet, despite these accomplishments, I felt disconnected and unfulfilled. A turning point came when I was laid off, forcing me to confront the unhealed parts of myself I had long avoided.

This period of uncertainty led me on a deep personal healing journey. I explored sound healing, yoga nidra, and psychedelic-assisted therapy, all while engaging in my own therapy. These experiences opened new pathways for self-understanding and helped me embrace my vulnerabilities. It was through this transformative process that I realized my true calling—to create the same kind of supportive space that had nurtured me.

As a Marriage and Family therapist, I’m honored to now offer a space where others can embark on their own healing journeys. My diverse background allows me to approach therapy with a blend of practical insight and holistic care, helping you unlock your potential for growth and transformation.

    • Touro University Worldwide
Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy (Expected graduation May 2025)
My current training focuses on relational dynamics, trauma, and emotional healing within a therapeutic setting. This comprehensive program has deepened my understanding of individual and family systems, preparing me to work effectively with diverse clients.

    • Tel Aviv University
Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship (2021)
My business background allows me to bring a unique perspective to therapy, especially when supporting clients navigating entrepreneurship, work-life balance, and the pressures of creative and professional success.

    • University of Wisconsin-Madison
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (2019)
My early studies in engineering honed my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, which now inform my approach to helping clients navigate complex emotional and relational challenges.

    • Additional Training
I have also received training in Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra, both of which support my holistic approach to therapy. These practices enhance my ability to incorporate somatic and mindfulness techniques into sessions, helping clients connect more deeply with their bodies and minds.

  • Outside of the therapy room, I’m someone who thrives on connection, creativity, and adventure. Whether brainstorming new projects, spending time with friends, or heading out on spontaneous adventures, I find joy in staying curious and open to new experiences. I love balancing activity with moments of stillness, often through sound baths or yoga nidra, which help me restore balance.

I’m a Scorpio sun, Cancer moon, Taurus rising, a 2/4 Projector, and an Enneagram Type 7, always seeking to understand and evolve. I’m passionate about personal growth and enjoy finding fun, accessible ways to nourish both mind and body. If we ever cross paths outside of therapy, you might find me delving into deep conversations, attending a sound healing session, or soaking up the magic of a good sunset.
